Hi, I’m Cindy Yerington, a licensed Realtor® proudly serving Minnesota home buyers and sellers since 2018. My passion for helping people started long before real estate — I’ve spent over 25 years in the nursing field, specializing in critical care and pediatric care. That same dedication, attention to detail, and compassion now drives how I support every client through their real estate journey.

I’ve been married to my husband Scott for over 35 years. Together, we raised five incredible children, now grown and living across the country in New York, Iowa, Texas, and Minnesota. We’re also blessed with nine amazing grandchildren who bring endless joy into our lives. In 2006, our family moved from Iowa to Faribault when Scott was transferred for work. Today, Scott is part-owner of United Prairie Insurance, and we enjoy lakeside living on beautiful Roberds Lake.

Since earning my real estate license from Minnesota Realty School in November 2018, I’ve sold over 150 homes — from Lake Minnetonka to the Iowa border — ranging in value from $26,000 to $1.5 million. No matter the size or price, I treat every home as if it’s a million-dollar property. My nursing background has given me strong communication skills, the ability to truly listen, and the motivation to go above and beyond — qualities that help me provide a high level of service for both buyers and sellers.

Beyond real estate, I’ve always had a heart for community service. Over the years, I’ve served on Booster Clubs in various leadership roles, started the Treats for Troops program when my son was deployed overseas, and led a humanitarian effort to bring an Iraqi child to the U.S. for life-saving heart surgery — even gaining the support of Senator Chuck Grassley and 63 Iowa Rotary Chapters. I also organized a benefit to send a young mother battling cancer on a final trip to Disney World with her children.
Today, I’m fully dedicated to Ruth’s House in Faribault on the Executive Board- Empowering lives, offering hope through transitional housing and support But without a doubt, my favorite role is being a mom and grandma — family will always be at the heart of everything I do.
